TOTEM by Kenzo

Hello! I have been wanting to show you these photos from a couple of weeks ago in Madrid. I attended the launch of the new Kenzo perfumes, «Totem», the event, like all the other ones I had been to in London and Paris was amazing, full of surprises and finished off with dinner in a roof terrace on what turned out to be the perfect summer night in Madrid :). The new range has three unisex perfumes under the same name, Totem, which break away from the usual stuff, give off a lot of energy and are represented by a «Kenzo Tribe», portrayed by 9 different personalities with 9 very different styles. There’s a citric fragrance (yellow, Woody Citrus), a floral one ( orange, Woody Floral) and a fruity one (my fave, blue, Woody Fruity). Patrick Guedj, Kenzo’s creative director, was at the event and he told us everything about the advert, how it was filmed on a LA desert and where all the ideas came from and he also showed us the making off. As always, it has been an absolute pleasure to spend the day with the Kenzo team. I rocked a white denim playsuit with a waistcoat and during the day I went for flat sandals, which I swapped for heels at night! Lots of love.

Hola! Ya tenía yo ganas de enseñaros estas fotos de hace un par de semanas en Madrid. Asistí al evento del lanzamiento de las nuevas fragancias de Kenzo, «Totem», y como todos los eventos de Kenzo a los que he tenido la suerte de asistir (ya les había acompañado en Londres y Paris para los lanzamientos de sus últimas fragancias), fue alucinante, un día lleno de sorpresas que terminó con una cena en una azotea de Madrid en una noche como de pleno verano :). Son tres fragancias unisex bajo un mismo nombre, Totem, que rompen con los códigos, llenas de nueva energía y para representarlas en vez de elegir a una musa han elegido a una «tribu Kenzo» representada por 9 personalidades, 9 rastros con 9 estilos superdiferentes. Una fragancia mas cítrica (amarilla, Woody Citrus), otra mas floral (naranja, Woody Floral) y otra frutal (mi favorita, la azul, Woody Fruity). Al evento asistió el Director de creación de Kenzo Parfums, Patrick Guedj, y nos contó todo sobre el anuncio, de donde partió la idea, cómo se rodó en el desierto de Los Angeles,…y pudimos ver el spot y el making of. Como siempre ha sido un placer acompañar al equipo de Kenzo Parfums, y para la jornada elegí un mono denim blanco con chaleco, por el día sandalias planas que luego cambié por tacones! jjj (trampa).
